Lawyer with 15 years of experience in the field of intellectual property law, audio-visual rights, contract preparation, and law drafting. This experience is the product of my dedication and hard work in Protection of Author Rights and Related Rights, overseeing teams, institutions and being trained in European Union countries, gaining far more experience than the Albanian market.I have a proven track record of representing foreign international companies in intellectual law and working with them in a contextualised context: delivering market research, detailed business plans, managing projects, guiding international companies through development, and attaining their objectives in Albania and in the region.My experiences in international law and strategic positions are complemented with a pragmatic vision and organizational acumen for implementation and stakeholder management.My law firm has European clients expanding their businesses in the audiovisual industry, channel distribution, and industrial property, patents, and trademarks in Albania, Kosovo, and North Macedonia.I see myself as a strategic thinker, trusted person and adaptable to the changes and innovative new ideas and technologies.

Zamir Kokonozi

After completing the undergraduate and graduate studies in film productuon in Romania and USA, Zamir Kokonozi has worked as a cinematographer and director in features, TV serials, commercials and documentaries for more than 25 years. He also teaches filmmaking at University of Arts in Tirana as an associate professor.

Eno Milkani

Eno Milkani is a Film Director, Editor, Cinematographer and Producer based in Tirane Albania. He is known for the film "Trishtimi i Zonjes Shnajder" and "Edeni i Braktisur" as Director and Editor. Beside these two films he is also Director of many documentaries and other short films.

Besim Kurti

Besim Kurti (Tirana, October 16, 1948), after completing his higher studies at the Higher Institute of Arts (today the Academy of Arts) in 1972, began working the same year at the “New Albania” Film Studio. In 1977, he directed the documentary film The Nightingale of Labëria, dedicated to the People's Hero Memo Meto. Mondi and Diana would be his first feature film as a director. Besim Kurti also acted in several feature films. His first role was that of the Italian soldier Mikele in the film At the Beginning of Summer in 1975.

Bujar Kapexhiu

Bujar Kapexhiu was born on 22 March 1944 in Tiranë, Albania. He is a director and actor, known for Edhe kështu edhe ashtu (1989), Stolat në park (1988) and Tela për violinë (1987).

Esat Mysliu
Assembly Member
Esat Musliu is an Albanian director, screenwriter, and producer. He was born in Steblevë, Peshkopia, on January 13, 1946. From 1961 to 1965, he studied Sculpture at the "Jordan Misja" Art High School, and initially worked as a painter at the "Migjeni" artistic enterprise in Tirana from 1965 to 1967.

Saimir Kumbaro

Saimir Kumbaro (born 5 May 1945) is an Albanian film director of the 1980s.
He worked in "Kinostudio Shqiperia e Re" as a director since 1970. He initially appeared as an actor in Njësiti guerril in 1969 but his first film was Rrugicat që kërkonin diell in 1975, a film that starred Ndrek Luca.In 1978 received the title as the best director for the movie "Concert on year 36" He has conducted over 90 documentary films where the "Lira" is declared winner of the festival in 2004. His two latter documentary are "Sherbastari i Kombit" and "Martyrs".
